Walker Morris has advised Total Capital Partners on its investment backing the management buyout of Radiocoms, the UK’s leading critical communications provider.
The deal marks Total Capital’s third transaction in the past nine months, underlining its continued investment and growth.
Radiocoms designs, engineers and maintains highly resilient voice, video and data communications networks for mission‑critical environments, including defence and emergency services, national infrastructure, airports and energy customers.
The investment includes funding for organic growth and delivering a targeted buy‑and‑build strategy, building on Radiocoms’ leadership in increasingly complex integrated systems and advanced communications technologies.
Corporate Partner John Hamer led the Walker Morris team on the buyout, with support from Philip Scott (Partner, Banking & Finance), Kayleigh Watson (Senior Associate, Corporate), Priya Thiara (Associate, Corporate) and Rachael Bradbury (Associate, Banking & Finance).
Walker Morris advised Total Capital on all legal aspects of the transaction. Westbrooke Private Equity and Kvika Ltd invested alongside Total Capital, with OakNorth Bank providing debt and acquisition financing.
