Walker Morris advises the management team of ELE Advanced Technologies on secondary buyout

LDC backs specialist engineering firm

Walker Morris has advised the management team of precision specialist engineering firm, ELE Advanced Technologies, on its secondary buyout backed by LDC. The management team was led by Chief Executive Manesh Pandya and included Finance Director David Stanley and Technical Director David Dudley.

ELE Advanced Technologies, which is headquartered in Colne, Lancashire, manufactures specialist components for aerospace, industrial gas turbines and commercial diesel sectors. Its clients include Rolls-Royce, Safran, Siemens, GE Avio, GE Power and MAN Diesel & Turbo.

It currently employs more than 180 staff from its facilities in Colne and Trencin, Slovakia and in its latest financial year, ELE generated revenues of almost £14m.

Walker Morris fielded a multidisciplinary team led by Head of Corporate, John Hamer, who was supported by Thomas Mieszkowski (Corporate).
