A multi-disciplinary team at Walker Morris have advised the shareholders of NJB Enterprises, a petrol station operator in the North of England, on its acquisition by Phillips 66, an international, integrated energy company.
The acquisition sees Phillips 66 take over ownership of four sites in the north of England which are currently owned and operated by NJB Enterprises principal, Nick Baker.
The newly acquired sites are Abbeyside Filling Station in Selby, Newton Park Service Station in Newton Aycliffe, Askern Service Station in Doncaster and Balby Road Filling Station, also in Doncaster. The agreement also sees Phillips 66 take over the operation of Refinery Filling Station in Immingham.
Leading the Walker Morris Team was Corporate Partner, John Hamer, with support from a team, including Rebecca Keefe and Frances Scarisbrick in Corporate, Cameron Baloyi Rigby in Real Estate and Lee Crook in Commercial.
Nick Baker, principal of NJB Enterprises Ltd, said:
