Walker Morris has advised Gear4music (Holdings) PLC, one of Europe’s largest retailers of musical instruments and music equipment, on the £45 million refinancing and increase of its revolving credit facility with HSBC UK.
The enhanced facility will support the company’s ongoing strategic growth objectives and provide additional financial flexibility. Listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market, Gear4music serves customers across the UK and Europe through its established e-commerce platform and network of distribution centres.
