Walker Morris advises Avacta Group plc on £10 million fundraising

Walker Morris has advised Avacta Group plc, the life sciences company developing innovative diagnostics and oncology therapies, on its successful £10 million fundraising through an oversubscribed placing and subscription of new ordinary shares.
The fundraising attracted strong investor support, reflecting continued confidence in the Company’s strategic direction.
Partner and Head of Corporate team, Richard Naish, led the Walker Morris team on the fundraising, with support from Will Procter, Brenna Varcoe and Henry Hawkes.
