It’s difficult to ignore how important ESG now is to all of us. As a law firm, and as a large employer, it’s not unreasonable that our clients and people expect us to uphold certain regulatory standards. But it’s more than that. They should – and do – expect us to care about doing the right thing.

Our first annual Positive Impact report sets out two things. Our story so far – what we’re already doing to have a positive impact. And our ambitions – what we’re going to do in the coming year.
We have achieved a lot in the last year but there’s still work to do. We want to make bold commitments for the future. We look at our net zero ambition, our aim to have a more diverse workforce as well as looking at the tools to develop a sustainable career.
