Malcolm Simpson joins prestigious line-up of judges for The Lawyer European Awards 2017

Walker Morris Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner, Malcolm Simpson, is one of a 17-strong stellar line-up of judges for The Lawyer European Awards 2017.

It is the third consecutive year that Malcolm has helped to judge the Awards, which reward and celebrate excellence across the European legal market.

The judging panel includes a number of partners from UK top 50 firms and US powerhouses responsible for managing their firms’ relationships with independent European outfits, as well as European-focused general counsel from a range of sectors.

Malcolm, like his fellow judges, brings a wealth of experience within the continental European legal market, as well as specialist knowledge within his field of expertise.  He is ranked in the top tier for commercial dispute work in both leading independent directories of the legal profession in the UK.  As the former Chair of the Firm’s International Group, and long standing head of the Walker Morris US practice, he is a trusted adviser to global corporations headquartered in the US and Europe on a diverse range of complex disputes including distribution agreements, contracts and warranties, JVs, product recalls and negligence.
