Keeping trade moving – can we?Print news article
Join our annual in-house lawyer training day which addresses key questions faced by in-house lawyers
In uncertain times, our clients ask us one question more than any other. Can we? We want to continue trading overseas – can we? We want to grow our business internationally – can we? We want to be able to move goods, services, people, capital, data… can we?
This year’s in-house lawyer training day will help in-house counsel identify the obstacles to international growth and trade and provide tips on remaining agile enough to get around them. We will examine today’s circumstances, tomorrow’s possible scenarios and provide practical advice on keeping businesses moving.
The Walker Morris In-House Lawyer Training Day is the go-to event for General Counsel and Heads of Legal to understand how to overcome obstacles to international trade. Attendees will hear from experts across the firm, as well as other specialists and senior in-house counsel. There will also be the opportunity to listen and contribute to a panel discussion about what the legal role in international trade should be in 2019 and beyond.
