A team of corporate lawyers at Walker Morris has advised retirement and equity release specialist, Age Partnership, on its acquisition of The Marketing Lab.
The Marketing Lab is a website and development optimisation business based in Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire. The seven-strong team of developers and project managers will offer Age Partnership an opportunity to strengthen its growing in-house digital team and help to build on its strategy of becoming a technological leader within the financial services sector.
