The new regime is the most significant shake-up to procurement law and practice for a generation and includes a number of significant changes which will affect both authorities and suppliers.

The first in our series of short lunchtime webinars focused on the key changes under the Procurement Act 2023, what they mean for you and what you can be doing now to prepare in advance of the October 2024 “go live” date.

What this session covered:

  • An overview of the Procurement Act and the key timelines for implementation;
  • A summary of the key changes and what we will cover in further detail throughout the webinar series.

In the run up to “go live” this series of seminars will go on to drill down into the key areas of change and aspects of the Act giving you a time effective way of knowing what is ahead. This introductory session provides an introduction to the later webinars but is also a useful overview for anyone who is interested in getting an overview of the Act and what is to come.
