Sabreen is an Associate in our Corporate team. She has over 2 years experience in the industry specialising in private M&A transactions and private equity investments.
Sabreen’s expertise lies in coordinating multi-disciplinary workstreams and supporting complex transaction processes. Her practice is focused on legal due diligence, reviewing and drafting transaction documentation and assisting with the execution of multi-jurisdictional transactions. She often acts as a key point of contact between clients, specialist advisers and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are aligned and issues are escalated efficiently.
Prior to joining Walker Morris, Sabreen trained and qualified in India, where she advised on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors including real estate, fintech, technology and consumer goods.
Sabreen takes a structured and detail-focused approach to transactions and is particularly comfortable managing large volumes of information under tight timelines, bringing clarity and a steady approach for clients.
Advised QAD Inc. (a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo) on its acquisition of Kavida Technologies Ltd.
Advised Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), (a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company) on its acquisition of Morvern Group Limited.
Advised BNP Paribas in relation to its exit from Sharekhan Group by a 100% stake sale to Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd. (MACM) and Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. (MAS) (completed at previous firm).
Advised S.J.S. Enterprises on the proposed acquisition of 90.1 per cent stake in Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited (Walter Pack India) (completed at previous firm).
