Priya Thiara is an Associate in our Corporate team. She trained at Pinsent Masons and qualified in 2025. During her training, she completed a client secondment at Heathrow Airport. Priya advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border deals.

Priya advises private equity houses, corporates, owner-managed businesses and international groups on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and governance matters. She has experience supporting on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors such as financial services, technology, retail, manufacturing and professional services.

Known for her collaborative and responsive approach, Priya delivers clear, commercially focused advice to help clients achieve their objectives. She works closely with clients to navigate transactions efficiently, ensuring deals are well-structured, risks are managed and value is maximised. She takes pride in building strong, trusted relationships and being a reliable partner to clients throughout every stage of a transaction.
