Danny is a Director in our Pensions team. With nearly 15 years of experience in pensions, Danny is hugely experienced in advising clients on the complete suite of issues that arise in relation to their pension schemes, including transactional, non-contentious and contentious matters.
Having previously worked in the pensions legal team of one of the UK’s largest professional services firms, Danny has a unique understanding of the wider pensions issues that are relevant when solving clients’ problems. He has advised some of the UK’s largest employers on pensions reform, often where clarity is needed from the High Court or Court of Appeal on the pension scheme rules.
As well as advising trustee and corporate clients, Danny has worked on a number of high profile liquidations. He has also been seconded to the pensions legal team of a UK insurer.
Danny’s strengths are his clear advice and well-organised approach. He is valued for working to tight timescales and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, whilst maintaining a personable approach to his work.
