Stef is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team and specialises in the investment market. She acts on Real Estate investment transactions for various clients, including institutional investors, pension funds, and entrepreneurial property companies with a focus on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and portfolio asset management.
Experience:
- ARGO Real Estate and Blue Coast Capital acquisitions including The Merlin Centre, High Wycombe (£53m), two multi-let industrial estates in Oxford and Chelmsford (£28m) and London Industrial Estate, Beckton (£37m).
