Kelly is an Innovation Business Partner at Walker Morris. Qualified as a solicitor in 2005, she brings over 20 years’ experience spanning private practice, in-house legal teams, and legal education, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the operational and strategic challenges facing legal teams.

Kelly works at the forefront of innovation, partnering with both internal practice groups and clients to reimagine how legal services are designed and delivered. She focuses on embedding innovation at scale – combining legal expertise with technology, data, and process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value.

Her work centres on identifying opportunities to transform legal workflows, supporting the adoption of emerging technologies, and helping teams and clients make informed, practical use of tools such as AI and legal tech platforms. She plays a key role in aligning innovation initiatives with client needs, ensuring that new approaches deliver measurable impact and tangible benefits.

Kelly has led a number of transformative initiatives, including the design and implementation of standardised, technology-enabled approaches to complex legal workstreams. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, Kelly works closely with colleagues and clients to build capability, foster innovation mindsets, and support the evolution of legal service delivery.
