Meet Joel's team
Joel is an Associate in our Corporate team, he mainly focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, including cross border work across various sectors. Before qualifying, Joel previously worked in contract management on a multi-billion-pound energy project, giving him valuable commercial insight into large-scale transactions.
Joel regularly supports private equity firms, institutional investors, and management teams from a wide range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, and investment structuring.
Deals:
- Joel advised a French private equity-backed consolidator on its acquisition of a UK based manufacturing business, and assisted with due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation of key investment documents.
- Joel acted for a US based Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary on its cross-border UK acquisitions, where he supported with the drafting of transaction documentation and due diligence.
