Thea is an Associate in our Commercial team. She specialises in a broad range of commercial practices, including technology, supply, manufacturing, logistics, and sports. Thea usually advises on supply agreements, services agreements, terms and conditions, software agreements, partnership agreements, and any general commercial agreements or arrangements with suppliers, clients and customers.

Thea advises a wide range of clients in key industries such as food and drink, media, sport and technology. Her clients look for advise that aligns with their commercial perspective, without getting caught up in the legal issues.

Thea is most known for her clear communication with her clients. She always aims to provide straightforward, strategic advice that enables businesses to operate with clarity and confidence.

Thea plays an active role in our Charity Committee where she regularly organises fundraising events to support the brilliant charities we work with. She is also a mentor for aspiring lawyers where she uses her knowledge and experience to help them advance in their legal careers.
