Jordon Kellett is a Senior Associate in our Housing Management and Litigation team.

Jordon advises clients across a broad range of residential property-based matters. He predominantly acts for residential landlords, including leading providers of Social Housing and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation.

Jordon has acted for clients in the County Court and High Court in a range of matters, including contested possession claims involving succession, capacity, Equality Act and mental health issues, forfeiture of residential leases (including complications arising from deceased leaseholders), termination of shared ownership leases and also contested injunction applications pursuant to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014

Jordon also has in-depth experience advising clients in relation to HMO Licensing under the Housing Act 2004, including representing clients in the Residential Property Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.

Jordon prides himself on building a good rapport with clients and providing clear, unambiguous advice in ways which clients can easily understand. Jordon takes a very pragmatic approach to dispute resolution and seeks the best possible outcomes for his clients.
