Chris is a Partner in the Real Estate team, bringing over 25 years of experience advising on complex development and land collaboration projects across the UK. He works closely with developers, contractors, registered providers and government agencies to deliver strategic regeneration schemes, with a particular focus on mixed-tenure developments and affordable housing.
Chris’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of development transactions, from acquisition and development ( including funding through investment or grant funding) to strategic disposals. He is known for his ability to navigate the commercial and legal requirements of public, private, and third sector partners, helping clients unlock and accelerate delivery. His deep sector knowledge have supported clients such as Kier, Vistry, Homes England, Clarion and Anchor Hanover in delivering impactful housing and regeneration projects.
