Richard is a Partner and Head of the Corporate group, leads our specialist Food and Drink sector team and sits on the Walker Morris Board. With 25+ years’ experience advising clients on complex UK and cross-border corporate transactions, Richard’s work spans M&A, strategic investments, IPOs and secondary funding. Many of Richard’s clients are in the food and drink, technology, and software sectors.
Richard’s work and client service has earned him national recognition, including a place in The Lawyer’s UK Hot 100 list in 2025.
Richard has worked at the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority and is a member of the London Stock Exchange’s Regional Advisory Group for Yorkshire and the North East.
