Debt Arrangement Scheme case management upgrade

DAS is a Scottish Government-backed debt management scheme which allows borrowers to repay debts through a debt payment programme.

Until the end of June 2019, DAS was supported by a case management system known as ‘DASH’ (Debt Arrangement Scheme Hub).  As of 1 July, however, DASH has been replaced by a new system, eDEN.

The new system will ultimately include the full caseload migrated from DASH and an upload facility for payments distributors.  In the immediate term, however, any action started on DASH can currently be continued on DASH, and any action relating to new cases will be through eDEN.    Scotland’s insolvency service, Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB), which is responsible for the delivery of DAS, has advised Walker Morris that the operation of this dual system is only temporary, and it should be able to migrate all DASH data to eDEN within the next few weeks.

The training site for eDEN can be accessed at and training guides are available here.
