Tamsin joined Walker Morris in 2012 having trained and qualified in the Clifford Chance pensions team in London. Tamsin is a director in the Pensions team and has over 8 years’ experience in pensions advising on a broad range of technical, fiduciary and transactional pensions matters. Tamsin acts for a wide variety of clients, including employers, banks, corporate trustees and individual trustees. Recent work includes acting on an asset backed funding arrangement, advising on historic and current section 75 issues including implementing a flexible apportionment arrangement, advising trustees and employers of various schemes on the new pension flexibilities, and work relating to liability driven investments and risk managements strategies for trustees and employer entities. Tamsin is a committee member for the North East Association of Pension Lawyers.
