Rob Aberdein

Rob is one of the UK’s leading multi-jurisdictional debt and asset recovery lawyers. He specialises in the provision of legal services (primarily litigation) to operational areas and in-house legal teams within financial institutions and lenders.  Rob has significant experience in Scotland’s Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, where he regularly works with clients on cases involving professional negligence, mortgage fraud, Scottish property law and debt and asset recovery.

Rob is ‘triple ranked’ in The Legal 500 for Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation, with Top Tier Ranking for Debt Recovery in Scotland.
