Mohamed provides advice on UK business immigration law, with a particular focus on the Points Based System, and applications made under the Skilled Worker and Intra-Company Transfer categories. Mohamed also has experience of assisting clients with sponsor licence applications and providing them with advice on remaining compliant with their sponsor licence obligations.
Prior to joining Walker Morris, Mohamed completed his training at a well-known global immigration firm. Mohamed has also previously worked at the Home Office, which is the UK Government department responsible for immigration matters. During his time at the Home Office, Mohamed considered and processed visa applications and worked with government lawyers to review the legal challenges submitted against decisions made by the department.
