Elizabeth has over 11 years specialising in affordable housing and facilities management projects. Her housing client base includes local authorities, ALMOs, Registered Providers, contractors, and developers and she leads the firm’s commercial, governance, and delivery and funding structure advice on contracts for the provision, management and repair of affordable housing. She provides facilities management advice to private, public and third sector clients advising on repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and management of accommodation in industry, housing, leisure and public sectors. She is a member of the firm’s Housing, Renewables Energy & Resources and Procurement Groups.
As a member of the Renewables, Energy & Resources Group, Elizabeth has strong expertise in facilities management, housing and work on renewable energy projects to advise on energy efficiency retrofit and delivery structures for sustainable infrastructure projects including Energy Performance Contracting, the Green Deal and ECO funded works.
Elizabeth’s other experience includes advising on contracts for grant funding, PPP and PFI, and renewable energy such as wind operation and maintenance and anaerobic digestion. She also advises on public sector and charity law issues.
