Christina Gill

Christina joined the Real Estate & Banking Litigation Team at Walker Morris as a paralegal in October 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2017.

Christina has over 6 years litigation experience, advising financial institutions in a wide range of contentious matters and specialises in complex or sensitive defended repossession actions, including claims where vesting orders or declaratory proceedings are required. She also is experienced in advising on title rectification issues and claims against the Land Registry, fraudulent property transactions, professional negligence claims against solicitors and valuers and mortgage mis-selling claims brought against financial institutions. Christina spent a number of months on secondment with the in-house legal team at Lloyds Banking Group.

Christina’s experience means that she is able to provide pragmatic, commercially minded and cost effective solutions to a wide range of issues regularly faced by her clients.
