Meet Amy's team

Amy is an Associate in our Corporate Team. Known for her positive and proactive approach to client work on a variety of M&A transactions, Amy’s work includes domestic and cross border M&A as well as corporate restructurings and she works with a range of clients from SMEs to UK and multi-jurisdictional international companies.
Describing her approach to client work as “attentive”, Amy has a strong sense of the commercial and attention to detail. She likes to get into the detail of a client’s business and is motivated by guiding clients through each stage of a transaction – going the extra mile to add value and remove as much stress from the process as possible.
Amy’s clear and friendly style of communication means she is known as a ‘safe pair of hands’ and she translates intricate legal issues in way that’s easily digestible and suits her clients and their preferences.
