APSE 2014

Walker Morris will be attending and exhibiting at the 2014 APSE annual conference and exhibition at The Nottingham Ice Arena, 10-11 September 2014. Members of our Energy, Infrastructure & Government Team will be at the event and will be happy to talk to you. We are looking forward to catching up with our existing clients and contacts and meeting new ones, so please come and visit us at Stand 6.

As part of APSE Energy, Walker Morris will be hosting a workshop on the Wednesday afternoon for anyone who wants to talk through projects generally, specific issues or just ideas.

We are seeing a rise in activity around municipal energy projects, whether these are renewable energy schemes designed to improve the authority’s income, energy efficiency projects aimed at reducing costs, or collective switching and Green Deal/ECO arrangements to provide benefits to consumers in the local area. As APSE Energy’s legal partner, Walker Morris is uniquely placed to help you get the most out of these opportunities. Our experts will be on hand to offer views and advice.

In addition, the Energy, Infrastructure & Government team at Walker Morris, will be speaking about ‘The APSE Energy Project’ at the conference on Thursday 11 September at 2.00pm.

The event attracts on average over 200 participants on an annual basis from across Council services in the United Kingdom. The event always covers thought provoking issues that are right at the heart of public services; often leading to challenging questions, debate and inspiring action. This year promises to be no exception.

To support this event, below are links to relevant articles, leaflets and news items that delegates should find of interest. Hard copies of some of these will be available at our stand to take away with you.
