Renew’s acquisition of Clarke Telecom marks fourth deal in a week for Corporate TeamPrint news article
The Corporate Team at Walker Morris has demonstrated its expertise and resources in the deals market having completed four deals in a week. In the latest transaction the team has advised AIM-listed engineering services group, Renew Holdings, on its acquisition of Clarke Telecom for £17 million.
Clarke Telecom is a £33 million business, focused on providing engineering services encompassing all aspects of wireless telecoms infrastructure delivery, including site acquisition and design, construction installation and site optimisation.

The other deals the Walker Morris Corporate Team has completed in the last week include: advising the management of Cascade HR on its acquisition by IRIS Software; advising Key Capital Partners on its investment in Hallam Medical; and advising Help-Link UK Ltd on its acquisition of Miller Pattison.
