Walker Morris team supports Endless on latest acquisition, less than two weeks after Imtech UK MBO
A team of lawyers at Walker Morris has advised Endless LLP on its acquisition of Imtech Suir, the Irish arm of Dutch engineering firm, Imtech, in a deal which will secure the safety of over 700 jobs.
The deal comes less than two weeks after Endless completed the acquisition of Imtech’s UK Group, on which the Walker Morris team also advised.
Both deals will secure funding and the long term future for Imtech UK & Ireland as an independent business, led by the existing management team and safeguarding the future of approximately 2,500 jobs in the UK and Ireland.
Debbie Jackson led the deal, with support from Peter Considine and Mark Appleby in Finance Commercial.
