The UK AD & Biogas Industry Awards 2014 showcase achievements and innovation in the AD industry and recognise organizations that have contributed to successes in the industry over the past 12 months. The awards highlight the importance of AD across a range of sectors from renewable energy generation to the food and drink industry, farming, local government and the water sector.
Winners of the awards will be announced on 2 July at the NEC, Birmingham, at the UK AD & Biogas 2014 – the industry’s biggest trade show and conference.
Ben Sheppard, partner in the Energy Group at Walker Morris said:
“It is an honour to be shortlisted for this award in recognition of the role we have played in important developments in the AD sector, especially as we are the only law firm to be shortlisted. We are looking forward to helping our clients in the AD sector deliver many more exciting projects which deliver goals such as generating renewable energy from waste, supplying heat and power to farming facilities, recovering value from waste and contributing to carbon reduction commitments.”
David Kilduff, who leads the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure & Government team commented:
“This is testament to the focus and experience we have brought to the AD sector over a number of years building on our expertise in energy, waste management and food sectors.”
