Corporate lawyers at Walker Morris have advised private equity firm Endless LLP on the sale of St Neots Packaging to plastic packaging giant Coveris.

The sale provides an exit for Endless, which supported an MBO of St Neots Packaging in 2008. The business has grown sales by more than 75% during this period, delivering market-changing products to the food industry. The terms of the sale to Coveris are undisclosed but this realises a strong investment return for Endless and the management team, led by Andrew Ducker and David Manning.

Based in Cambridge St Neots, is a market leader in the development and manufacture of packaging solutions to the food and retail markets.

Debbie Jackson, corporate partner that led the Walker Morris team said:

“Having acted for Endless when they acquired a stake in the company six years ago and seeing how the St Neots’ group has reinforced its market leading position in that time, we are delighted to have been part of this successful sale.”

Endless was advised by a team of corporate lawyers at Walker Morris comprising: Debbie Jackson and Jo Stephenson.
