Endless appoint Dean Hoyle as Chairman of The WorksPrint news article
Walker Morris has advised private equity firm, Endless LLP, on its appointment of Dean Hoyle as Executive Chairman of the Works.
Dean Hoyle is the current Chairman of Huddersfield Town FC and was the founder of the Card Factory before selling the business for £350 million in 2010.
As part of the deal, Dean Hoyle also becomes a significant shareholder in The Works, which is owned by Endless.
The Walker Morris team was led by corporate partner Debbie Jackson supported by Tom Mieszkowski and finance partner Peter Considine.
