As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead and implement the firm’s digital marketing strategy. Overseeing the success of our website and SEO management, you’ll provide crucial data analysis and insights to guide informed marketing, business development, and strategic decisions.
You’ll utilise analytical tools to deliver engagement and performance insights for projects and campaigns, and offer recommendations to the marketing and business development team to enhance future campaigns.
By mapping the journey of website users, you’ll optimize their experience, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute ongoing website development projects. Additionally, you’ll oversee for the day-to-day management of the website, conduct regular content audits and troubleshoot any technical issues.
It’s an exciting time to join the firm as we have recently launched Ambition 27, our strategy for the next three years. As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and ensuring the successful delivery of targeted marketing campaigns.
We offer hybrid working at Walker Morris, so you’ll be able to split your time between home and the office, with 2-3 days in the office per week.
What you’ll be doing as the Senior Digital Marketing Executive:
- Manage and deliver the firm’s website strategy including enhancing user experiences.
- Lead website development projects in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Day-to-day management of the website including content audits and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Manage and optimize SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to the firm’s website.
- Report on the effectiveness of our social media and make recommendations to the Marketing and Business Development team.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and other digital communication tools such as Google Analytics, Lexology and our email marketing platform, Vuture to provide engagement/performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing and business development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing effort via creation of user journeys based on personas agreed with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring full compliance on all platforms with all relevant laws and regulations, liaising where needed with our Risk & Compliance team.
What we are looking for:
- A marketing qualification (degree or CIM) is preferred but not essential.
- Proven B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Experience of executing a digital marketing strategy, including objective setting, strategy development, implementation and evaluation.
- Proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, including experience of Google Analytics. Experience with SiteImprove is advantageous.
- Experience of running successful LinkedIn paid ad campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex data analytics for others to understand.
