Health & Safety Regulatory Lawyer

We’re looking for an experienced (or aspiring) Health and Safety Regulatory Lawyer who wants to join a growing and successful team specialising in a range of complex and high profile Health, Safety and Environmental matters.

What you’ll be doing as a Health & Safety Regulatory Lawyer:

You will become a trusted adviser and build lasting relationships with your clients. This is a varied and dynamic role which will enable you to be involved in:

  • Some of the UK’s largest and most complex health and safety investigations;
  • Environmental compliance and enforcement matters including pollution, waste and permitting matters;
  • Major workplace safety incidents including fatalities and life-changing injuries;
  • Complex regulatory matters in the areas of healthcare, medical devices, food and transport regulation;
  • Corporate transactions and support clients to comply with their regulatory obligations.

What we are looking for:

  • You’ll have experience of working on high calibre health, safety and environmental matters (preferred)
  • Ideally you will have worked in private practice or in-house in our specialist areas
  • You will be driven to evolve as a lawyer and develop your skills
  • And you will love what you do!

We welcome applications from those who are newly qualified or looking to diversify into Non-Financial Services Regulation as full training and support will be provided.
