Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house service. You will be responsible for greeting clients and ensuring their experience is seamless.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining records, managing meeting room bookings, providing catering services, and offering switchboard support.

What you’ll be doing as a Receptionist:

  • Greet clients and ensure that their experience is smooth and friction free, taking good care of their needs as they arrive, wait, and leave the office.
  • Ensure that all Front of House records are kept up to date with accurate information including parking passes, visitors, security access etc.
  • Organise and provide refreshments for meeting room booking to ensure they are set up and ready for guests.
  • Clear the board rooms of refreshments during and after meetings.
  • Provide support and cover to the Café services on an ad-hoc basis to cover staff absences.
  • Manage calls received via the switchboard ensuring an efficient service is provided to callers.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working with a meeting room/resource booking system is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of working with a Softphone Switchboard System if preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience providing exceptional customer service, ideally within a reception/front of house role, is preferred but not essential.
