Facilities Services Assistant

We’re looking for a Facilities Services Assistant to join our Facilities Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.


Joining our supportive team means you’ll quickly become familiar with the daily ins and outs of building operations.

Your role will be pivotal as you contribute to the seamless functioning of our facilities services, gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of working within a facilities team.

What you’ll be doing as a Facilities Services Assistant:

  • Assist the Facilities Services Manager in ensuring contractor works are completed in line with contract terms, specification, cost and H&S requirements.
  • Assist with and supervise office moves.
  • Assist the Facilities Technician with maintenance tasks as required.
  • Assist with the completion of regular H&S audits and building inspections, reporting any issues to the Facilities Services Manager.
  • Contribute to the daily operation of facilities services, ensuring that all equipment and plant is maintained to a good standard and that all maintenance is carried out within the allocated timeframe.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within a Facilities team.
  • Possess a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work individually when required.

  • Hybrid working – split your time between home and our office, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week
