Commercial Tech Lawyer

Walker Morris boasts one of the largest commercial and technology teams outside of London and are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Tech Lawyer.

Our client base covers a wide range of sectors including technology, telecoms, logistics, manufacturing, sports, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, food and drink, and retail clients.

You will manage complex, innovative and practical legal and commercial issues, whether as one-off transactions or as part of ongoing business relationships.

What you’ll be doing as a Commercial Tech Lawyer:

  • Managing matters and directly working with clients to deliver great results
  • working with a wider team of partners and associates on major projects
  • drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and tech contracts
  • You will be provide support and guidance to junior team members.

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced Commercial Tech Lawyer with a minimum for 4 years PQE
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex analysis
  • A team player who is excited to join a growing department
  • Ability to work autonomously and also collaborate effectively as part of team
  • Self-motivated with the desire to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Sound legal analysis, client management and drafting skills
