Future World of Work

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major influence on the way we work and live.

In partnership with Leeds University Business School, Walker Morris launched a research project which explores what this means for the way we manage the boundaries between work and home, how employees interact with colleagues in a virtual environment and the influence this has on their work satisfaction, productivity and general wellbeing.

Over the coming months we’ll be looking at the findings and discussing what this means for our living and working environments. What challenges and opportunities does that present for those in the commercial and residential development sectors who want to create productive and aspirational environments where we want to work and live? And how do organisations best manage their employees to maintain a happy and productive workforce.

We’ll be updating this page with future content to help, advise and guide. Alternatively speak to one of our specialists below.
