Where you’ll fit in
The Residential Development team is a cornerstone of the Real Estate Group and works for regional and national house builders, developers, planning promoters, PRS operators and landowners as well as public bodies too such as HCA and local authorities.
The work is varied and complex ranging from strategic land acquisition including site assembly and equalisation arrangements to immediate land purchases on a freehold/leasehold/licence basis.
We work hand in hand with our colleagues in other departments across the firm to deliver a 360 degree service to our developer clients and we are pre-eminent in our field.
What sort of person we’re looking for
We are looking for a 1 years plus pqe real estate development solicitor (commercial property solicitor) who has experience of residential development who enjoys being challenged by new and interesting deals and who is keen to develop their own direct relationships with our clients.
