What we can offer
As one of only six firms ranked in Tier 1 as national leaders outside London by Chambers for Real Estate we are one of the largest, most successful Real Estate Groups in the North.
We’ve achieved these strengths through the talent and commitment of our lawyers within the Group – in turn, their success depends on our support, giving them the opportunity to be client facing. Unlike many other firms, we offer genuine and open career paths enhanced by excellent quality training and development and speedy progression through the ranks. In addition, because of our single location, our lawyers have direct access to the decision makers and that makes for an exciting environment to be part of, with top quality work.
We are also able to offer flexible working and would welcome applications from anyone wanting agile working.
Where you’ll fit in
The Residential Development team is a cornerstone of the Real Estate Group and works for regional and national house builders, developers, planning promoters, PRS operators and landowners as well as public bodies too such as HCA and local authorities.
The work is varied and complex ranging from strategic land acquisition including site assembly and equalisation arrangements to immediate land purchases on a freehold/leasehold/licence basis.
We work hand in hand with our colleagues in other departments across the firm to deliver a 360 degree service to our developer clients and we are pre-eminent in our field.
