Our Website is operated by Walker Morris Solicitors which is responsible for the processing of your personal information and is the data controller for all such information. We regard your privacy as very important. Any personal information you provide to us through our Website will be dealt with in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the terms of our engagement letter and the Walker Morris Website Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we may collect from you and the purpose for our collection of it.

Should you wish to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you please write to Terry Spicer at Walker Morris Solicitors, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL, enclosing a cheque or postal order for £10 made payable to Walker Morris Solicitors, to cover our administration costs. As soon as we are satisfied as to your identity we will send you, within 40 days, a copy of all the personal information we hold.

2 - What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?

2.1 We will collect personal information from you when you respond to requests to submit personal information about yourself through our Website.

2.2 We will use the personal information supplied by you to keep a record of the services you have subscribed to, to deliver services you may have requested, to inform you of legal developments that may affect you or to inform you of new products, services or events which we think may be of interest to you.
