• advising Synergy Health Plc , the preferred bidder, on the Leicester and Sheffield projects forming part of the Department of Health Commercial Directorate's National Decontamination Programme for the outsourcing of decontamination services
• advising on the imminent threat of circulation of defamatory material against the care home business of a major national housing association by the family of a resident
• appointed to the Commercial Panel of the NHS Business Services Authority
• advising on three NHS LIFT projects and advising on the first Hybrid LIFT project which NHS Estates intends to use as a model nationwide as an alternative to the traditional LIFT structure
• advising Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust on Public Contracts and procurement regulations

• advising on a successful appeal for a new clinical waste incinerator to replace obsolete plant at Manor Hospital, Walsall
